Terms for using DemandHunter, including accounts, credits, AI analysis, and public-source research.
2026/05/21
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DemandHunter. By using DemandHunter, you agree to these Terms.
DemandHunter helps users discover demand signals from public online conversations, including sources such as Reddit, X, Hacker News, and other online communities. Our service combines public-source research, automated retrieval, and AI-assisted analysis.
You are responsible for the information you provide when creating an account and for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may require authentication, including Google sign-in, before you can use the workspace or run analyses.
Some DemandHunter features may require credits or a paid plan. Credits may be consumed when an analysis successfully completes. Failed analyses should not intentionally consume credits, but temporary service errors or third-party outages may affect availability.
Unless a separate refund policy or checkout page says otherwise, fees and consumed credits are not refundable.
You agree not to:
DemandHunter may retrieve or summarize publicly available content from third-party platforms. We do not control those platforms, their availability, their terms, or the accuracy of their content.
We may use third-party providers for authentication, infrastructure, payments, search, retrieval, and AI processing. Your use of DemandHunter may depend on those providers being available.
DemandHunter uses AI to summarize, cluster, and interpret public demand signals. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific business decision.
You are responsible for reviewing evidence links, validating assumptions, and deciding whether to build, launch, or invest in any product idea.
DemandHunter and its software, branding, design, and service content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use DemandHunter outputs for your internal research and product planning, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
You retain rights to topics, notes, or other content you submit. You grant us permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of DemandHunter at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every source will return usable results.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for DemandHunter or other users, or used the service in a harmful way.
DemandHunter is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business decisions made using DemandHunter.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of DemandHunter after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
